WeDoodle is an AI-powered animation service that transforms uploaded images ("doodles") into short animated video clips. The service uses artificial intelligence models to moderate content, generate animation prompts, and produce video output.

5. Published Content and Marketing Use

Users may choose to make their videos publicly accessible via a share link. Public videos may be viewed by anyone, including non-registered users. Users can unpublish shared videos at any time. WeDoodle is not responsible for third-party use of content that was made public by the user.

When you publish a video, you grant WeDoodle a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your uploaded doodle and the generated video for marketing purposes (for example, showcasing WeDoodle on our website or social media). You may revoke this right at any time by emailing hi@mitjamartini.com.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload content that:

WeDoodle reserves the right to reject content, block sharing, and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Payment

Payment processing and order management for WeDoodle is handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"). Polar handles checkout, invoicing, and sales tax collection and remittance.
